Heated glass can be used for displays requiring defogging and defrosting functions. It provides a solution for LCD displays to avoid slow response time and even failure of operating in low temperature. Transparent heaters enable displays to work normally in the challenge of extreme cold environments. It can be produced either independently or functionally integrated with shielding glasses.
Using ITO conductive coated glass as one of the main materials, it is normally made into laminated glass. Single window can be also made upon special request. The size of viewing area, rated power, line resistance and on-load voltage should be specified in the design drawing, as well as the insulation resistance for ensuring safety. The position of conductive copper bar should be designed with sufficient distance to the edges. We recommend leaving at least 8 mm for the convenience of manufacturing, which can also prevent from fracture caused by concentrated heating.
